We are currently seeking a Vice President of Operations to join our team! 

    Responsibilities and Qualifications:

    We are seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee the delivery, management, and growth of our services offering. This leader will be responsible for identifying and eliminating current operational deficiencies, establishing functional responsibility and leadership within their organization, developing KPI’s and identifying data metrics to inform decision-making, expanding our service offering capabilities, and managing a monthly / quarterly / annual budget. The VP of Operations will serve as a culture-carrier and key leader in our organization. Experience in the delivery and operations of a managed service provider, with a preference for security-focused services, is required.

    Required Technical Skills:

    • Strong understanding of SIEM / information security technologies, with a strong preference for Splunk experience
    • Proven operational / delivery experience working at a managed service provider (MSP), with a strong preference for security services experience (MSSP)
    • General understanding of IT security controls (networks, endpoints, firewalls, EDR, proxy, email security)
    • Functional knowledge of service delivery tools (ticketing system, on call software, documentation software)
    • Experience developing and refining service delivery architecture

    Required Soft Skills:

    • Experience managing people and developing structure and processes to support organizational goals
    • Experience working with other functional leaders (e.g. sales, finance, administration, etc.) to support and drive broader company strategy
    • Ability to interact with clients and adapt / respond to customer-specific challenges to drive successful outcomes
    • Strong organizational, planning, and budgeting skills; ability to focus on key priorities, understand where the organization is moving strategically, and act aggressively to pursue desired outcome
    • Able to structure and process qualitative and quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it. Exhibits a probing mind and achieves penetrating insights
    • Acts without being told what to do and displays an “ownership mindset”
